I have a test setup with a master and one controller running a 100 second cycle length. The controller is actuated with a NEMA tester. For Peek, it seems that I should use the RGB and/or EGB (I am only using RGB - I only want the coordinated phase to gap out). I tinkered with the setup and at one point got it to work. It would return to main street green at the proper time and run what appeared to be the min time. It would operate actuated for the rest of the cycle. If calls where present all around it would run to the splits. I then switch to a shorter cycle length and it failed.
